Jibets Terms & Conditions – Your Rights & Responsibilities

1General Terms

Jibets (referred to herein as "we", "the platform", or "the company") is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Jibets and you, the user.

Although these terms are written in Bengali, the English version shall prevail in the event of any legal dispute. Jibets reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and any changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website.

All games, betting markets, lotteries, and promotional offers on the Jibets platform are governed by these Terms & Conditions. Where a specific product or promotion has its own separate terms, those will apply alongside these.

2Account Registration & Verification

Providing accurate and complete information is mandatory when registering on Jibets. Accounts created with false or incomplete information may be closed at any time, and any funds in such accounts may be forfeited.

• Each person may register only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The name, phone number, and address provided at registration must be accurate and belong to you personally.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be required for account verification (KYC).
• Keeping your password secure is your own responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3Age & Eligibility Requirements

Jibets is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

• An age verification process is carried out at registration. Proof of identity may be requested if there is any doubt.
• Opening or operating an account on behalf of a minor is a criminal offence, and Jibets reserves the right to report such cases to the relevant authorities.
• It is the user's own responsibility to ensure that online betting is legal in their country or region of residence.
• Accessing the platform via VPN from a prohibited country or region is not permitted, and any such accounts will be terminated.

4Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

Jibets currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum Deposit: ৳50
• Maximum Daily Deposit: ৳1,00,000 (may vary depending on account level)
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳200
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Typically within 30 minutes to 24 hours
• The mobile banking number used for deposits and withdrawals must be the same.
• Deposits from third-party numbers are not accepted and any such transactions will be refunded.

Jibets does not charge any transaction fees; however, your mobile banking provider's own charges may apply. Large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification in accordance with our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy.

5Betting Policy & Market Rules

All bets on Jibets are settled at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — except in cases of technical error.

• Odds in live betting markets change in real time. The odds displayed at the moment a bet is confirmed are final.
• If a match is cancelled or suspended, the stake for that bet will be refunded or declared void.
• Jibets reserves the right to void any bets placed on clearly incorrect odds (Palpable Error).
• If arbitrage betting (Arbing) on the same match is detected, the account's betting limits may be reduced or the account may be suspended.
• Maximum betting limits are determined by market type and account level.

6Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers on Jibets are subject to specific terms. Please read the relevant promotion's full terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

• Wagering Requirement: Wagering requirements are typically 10x to 30x the bonus amount and may vary depending on the specific promotion.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly. They convert to real funds only after all wagering requirements have been met.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per user, unless otherwise stated in the terms.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses by creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled and all bonuses forfeited.
• Bonus validity periods typically range from 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• Jibets reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Jibets. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and may lead to legal action.

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions.
• Depositing using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Attempting to hack or carry out a cyber attack on the platform's systems.
• Using another user's account or stealing their personal information.
• Attempting to manipulate odds or game outcomes through fraudulent means.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Jibets reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of any provision of these terms.
• If fake or fraudulent KYC documents are submitted.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• Where required by law enforcement authorities or by court order.

You may also request account closure at any time through the support team. Any remaining balance at the time of closure (provided there are no pending wagers) will be returned to your registered payment number.

9Responsible Gaming Policy

Jibets believes betting is entertainment, not an addiction. That's why our platform includes a range of responsible gaming safeguards.

• Users can set their own daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.
• The Self-Exclusion feature allows you to lock your account for a set period of time.
